They were very accommodating and know what they are doing. We had a schedule to stay on and they were able to get the vehicle in and out as promised 2 other repair facilities had worked on the generator prior.

Everyone who has ever considered or wanted to do an RV for a night a weekend or a month should check out these guys. Very smooth operation. Easy pickup and drop off right on the turnpike. Good walk thru of the vehicles and simple terms. RVs are mint condition. I’m going to do it again the kids loved it! They are making Camping easy and luxurious!

The Thor is a perfect RV for hosting a tailgater. Stock it up, throw in a tent and roll to party!

I wanted to share my experience with Carefree Coach Rentals and Services in Exton, PA as I recently brought my 06H to them for re-caulking, ceramic coating, and the installation of a Winegaurd 360. I mentioned how I am dealing with gremlins in my electrical system and expressed my desire to make things right.

It's been about a week since I picked up my rig and I could not be happier with my experience. The prices I was quoted were extremely fair and they were able to figure out what was going wrong with my electrical system.

If you are in Philadelphia and need a solid team to work on your rig, I would contact Carefree Coach. The person you want to speak with is Cheney and he will take it from there.

I can't say enough about the "care" you get from Cheyney at Carefree. It's clear he loves the entire RV life because not only does he know so much but he truly steps up every time we need help or have questions. We are new at RV ownership & we've naturally have a lot of questions & concerns & Cheyney's patience with us seems never ending. I highly recommend this business for both RV sales & service! Steve was great!! He was very professional and knowledgeable about the rig!! He understood our needs and had the coach ready to go! He was very flexable when it came to leaving and returning!! I have already recommended him to friends and family and will definitely use him again in the future!!

We rented an RV from Steve and everything went really smoothly! The RV was in great shape and Steve provided great tutorial videos for us to review prior to leaving for our trip. He made the process stress-free by being really flexible with pick up and drop off times.

Our first experience renting a RV was through CC and I can't recommend them enough. Steve and company made the entire process, start to finish, stress free. Loved the Bounder, it was roomy and comfortable. Everything we needed was included. We will definitely rent from CC again.

I purchased a brand new 2022 Thor Magnitude BT36 from Dylan's RV in Sewell NJ. Dylan's completely screwed up the lithium battery installation. I took my rig to Carefree one week after I took delivery for a PA state inspection, Cheyney Arters (lead technician) identified the root-cause of the problem. Dylan’s wired the two 12 volt lithium batteries in series when they should have been in parallel. From that day forward I never took my RV back to Dylan’s for service. Cheyney is the best RV service technician I have encountered. He is a consummate service professional with over 27 years of experience. Cheyney prides himself on quality of workmanship and providing great customer service, making sure all customers are taken care of so they can have a wonderful RV experience. From top to bottom, the team at CareFree are the best! Over the past 18 months I watched Steve (owner) grow his business from rentals and service to sales. CareFree is now an authorized Nexus RV dealer. Looking back I wanted to purchase a Nexus super C but read too many negative reviews from Nexus owners. Now that I have a strong working relationship with CareFree I would not hesitate buying a Nexus from CareFree I have complete confidence in their team to ensure my buying experience would be best in class!

This was our 1st family RV trip & it was a success from booking it all the way to bringing it back. Steve was a great guy to deal with as far as explaining everything with the coach and was always there with any questions when we called from the road. It had everything that 1 would think. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to rent an RV & definitely will be renting another RV from Steve on our next adventure.
